Welcome to the East End Rod and Gun Club!

The East End Rod and Gun Club opens at 8 am Monday through Friday, and 9 am Saturday and Sunday.  This is a private club, and membership is required to use it.  Members may bring guests.  If you are not a member, and wish to use the range, membership information is here.

The range closes 30 minutes before sunset.  Make sure to look at the time board at the gate for the end shooting time that day!  The gate will open for another 45 minutes, so don't dally in leaving.

More Work On The Action Range

See details here!

Farming activities are not over yet!  Keep an eye out for equipment downrange!

If you see any farming equipment downrange, even if it is not moving, all shooting must cease.  This is a requirement of the club's conditional use permit from Umatilla County.  This includes all ranges, but is especially of concern on the rifle range.

After shooting ends, raise the black flag, and immediately call (541) 203-0124

For safety reasons, the Action Range is closed until further notice.

Work is continuing on the Action Range, but is not complete.  The range flag has been moved next to the cook shack, but the black flag is still up.

A long standing prize has been won!

Congratulations to Larry Zalaznick, the first shooter in the history of the Club to run the 5 Stand course! He scored 25 out of 25 on the 28th of July, during the Tuesday shoot.

This qualifies him to receive the $100 prize money, donated in 2004 by Arnie Pronini.

The Cook Shack has been moved and improved!

As part of the Action Range improvements, the firing line will be moved and adjusted.  The first step in that was moving the Cook Shack back, which was completed on July 24th by Fred Bennett, Ken Sloan, and Bob Fulgham.  More work was completed on July 29th!
