2021 Board Member Election – Note we will have two open Director positions in 2021 that will not be filled.  Seat 1 (Open in 2021) - (President) * No Nomination * What I am about to tell you is important to the future of the club, so I will get right to the point. I have been telling the board since June that I can not do another term of President. I just do not have the time to volunteer the hours that are needed. At this point, no one is stepping up to run the club and that is a BIG ISSUE! If you have been a member of the club for over a year and have time to volunteer, let me know and I will put your name in for the nominations in January!  Meeting Discussion: We might need to start having co-Presidents since we have so many members in the club now and the amount of work is more than just volunteer time for anyone. If you look at the SOP we have a provision for an Executive Officer to assist the President and this position is appointed by the Executive Committee. With this we would not need to change the ByLaws to add co-Preidents, just need someone to volunteer for the position of Executive Officer. Without help for the day to day operations of the club we may not continue to operate! This is the moment that will decide everything for your club!
